Now let's think of something that makes you happy! Let's imagine that your happy thing is a rainbow breaking through the rain cloud. Breathe in 1 - 2 - 3 - 4, and out 4 - 3 - 2 - 1.
Is the sky clear? Let's imagine the thing that made you frustrated float away as the happy rainbow shines its bright colors in the sky.
Frustrated - feeling upset or annoyed, especially because you can't change or achieve something
Happy - a positive, contented, joyful feeling
